Alpha entry management system is a modular system and allows you the flexibility to choose the visitor management options that are essential to you.
The reporting module allows for Emergency Roll Call, Visitor, Staff and Contractor reports to be generated, shared or printed at the touch of a button. Bespoke development options are available and the system can be fully adapted to meet your specific requirements.

You have three options when choosing the right AlphaEntry system for you. The ‘Value Package’ allows you to register and manage all visitors, produce reports and emergency roll calls and online training. In addition to all benefits of the Value Package, the Professional Package allows you to distinguishand manage different types of visitor, also allows for on-screen staff sign-in and a White Label option. Your system will be installed and training delivered by our technical team.

The Bespoke package can be adapted to suit very specific site requirements such as MIS Integration, Door Access Integration, Staff Notification’s and much more. Full installation and staff training will also be included.

If you would like your staff to sign in and out using a personal Keycard or Keyfob then you can choose from either StaffPack50/100/250 which can be added to all of the AlphaEntry Packages.
